Ms. Maryam Taghiyeva is the Chief Systems Architect at the Centre for Citizenship Enterprise and Governance in the UK. She received Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Baku State University and Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Warwick in the UK. She is the author and co-author of several academic papers on the blockchain technology and two patents in banking. Her main area of expertise is social innovation and interdisciplinarity. She has spoken and moderated panels in a number of international and national events, such as the World Blockchain Summit. Ms. Taghiyeva has worked with different governmental institutions, the UN, the European Commission’s Tech and Youth Initiatives, and the NATO.
