Meet For Charity is the social fundraising project that helps charity funds to raise money by connecting people. The project has taken the best features of Facebook-based social activities and opened it up for any individual willing to support any charity. Meet For Charity is an auction where lots are meetings with creative and open-minded people with diverse backgrounds, and the money raised by auctions goes to charity funds. The founder of the Meet For Charity Olga Fler will talk during the workshop about how Social Media can help to make this world a better place and showcased the power that an app can have in improving the live of people in need.

About the speaker

Olga Fler has over 15 years of experience in Marketing and PR and over 5 years of experience in charity. Olga started her career in PR when she was 17 years and by 19 years she has founded her own PR agency.

She is co-founder of charity project – Handmade Charity, a community of volunteers who arrange events for children with disabilities in cafes and restaurants, thereby creating an inclusive environment.

In 2016 Olga founded Meet For Charity project – a fundraising platform – an charity online auction where lots are meetings with representatives of media, business, culture, sports and IT, and the collected funds go directly to charity.
